There is an incredible natural phenomenon called "Dirty L

ightning." It occurs when a volcanic eruption become a lightning storm. The causes are hypothesizes to be electrical charges which are generated when rock fragments, ash, and ice particles in a volcanic plume collide and produce static charges, just as ice particles collide in regular thunderstorms.

The lightning illuminates the vocanic ash with a blue glow, contrasted with the powerful, fiery red of magma and fire. One could say this is the most dangerous piece of art a person could ever witness.

Overall, this storm is definately something I would NOT want to be caught in, but i would love to watch. The two most powerful and destructive forces on earth combining into a single storm of mass destruction truly exemplifies how small us humans really are when compared to nature's raw power. Fire and lightning? Yes, please!
